Not as bad as if it was in your face. But it's an easy quickfix, just book an appointment and be mole free tomorrow.

I have like 10 small moles on my face but they're the kind that don't stick out. I like them tbh

Are you talking about freckles? It's far from the same thing. I feel like they generally elevate a hot person while they lower an unattractive person.

Moles often are big and bumpy and have hair growing on them.

Not sure. I think freckles are different. Mine look like what you posted but smaller and flat. Pretty sure they're moles

I don't think they affect me too much. Like I said they're small. Maybe someday. My mom had hers removed and it left scars for a while.

IT COSTS 500$ ON THE HIGHER END.
I had a pair of protruding moles them on my inner thighs next to my ballsack, they chafed when I walked.
They made me seem like a witch they were nearly as big as nipples like to feed a demonic familiar.
Dermatologist said it would be 200-300 each to remove them.

I wanted to save $600 and also lazy and didn't want to spend an hour bussing to see him again so I just cut them off myself using a pair of manicure scissors I had lying around.

Don't worry I ran them under hot water first to sterilize them.
Once you pull the skin taught it's pretty easy to cut through.
Probably would've healed better if it'd been stitched shut but I managed to get the bleeding stopped pretty shortly.
Then I packed it with antibiotic cream and putting a bandaid over it.

I still have one on the back of my neck and two on my upper back.
I tried but there's no way I can reach back there with the scissors.
I know they're probably not that important for aesthetics but I hate how they rub my shirts.
Think I might acutally pay a derm to snip them.
Even if I could reach it's just hard to inspect the wounds and make sure they're healing properly, so stitching would be worth it.

Probably motivate me to shower more often to keep the area clean, though i don't know how I'd apply new bandages once I do that.
Prob a good reason to have friends.
A gymbro could re-bandage your back wounds after showing there.

I kept my amputated moles in an upturned bottlecap out of fascination. They were cool to look at teh first day, but quickly shriveled up into imperciptibly tiny dry husks so I eventually lost track of them.

The fact that you cut your moles of gave me severe chills. Bravery, to say the least.

I wish I had taken a picture before cutting them off, or at least shortly after before they shriveled mine were amazing, you guys have no idea, it was grotesque. They came out nearly 1cm away from my body.

I'd done it before with skin tags, moles are basically just larger skin tags with a larger blood supply.

I know you all play around with them so you get a sense for how thick they are, how hard they'd be to cut though, etc.

All I can say is don't use dull scissors. Manicure/Cuticle scissors are extremely sharp and you have a great deal of control.

Also obviously have stuff prepared ahead of time to stop the bleeding. I think I initially used paper towel and held it a couple minutes to clot, and then immediately put on the antibiotic cream and bandaid.

You'll want to change that and keep it clean to avoid an infection until it heals up.

There will def be a scar but the scar is less annoying than the original mole.

Also don't do it drunk or sleepdeprived or on drugs or anything - you want maximum awareness so you don't accidentally stab yourself an artery or anything, you can bleed out from a leg wound like that.

I think I recovered within the week, I just was conscientious of how I walk to avoid chafing, but a proper bandaid helps prevent a lot of that anyway.

At the time I didn't have much disposable income and lots of free time, plus I wanted to see if I could do it, it was like a test of manliness to myself or something.

I've got it out of my system and will def not attempt it with the ones on my back. I remember trying to reach there and was all "no fuck that"
