Easy meals for depressed rotter who can’t cook?

-instant ramen (+ egg and frozen vegetables)

-microwave potatoes w cheese and butter

-rotisserie chicken (only 5$ and already cooked whole)

-high kcal fruits (bananas, apples, oranges)

-peanut butter (idk what brands are healthy, seed oil no good)

just eat fast food
Problem is, with inflation now a meal can be 10$. I’ve got to save money if I’m rotting. The stuff in OP is frugal

why not just put stuff in the oven or make a large meal like shepherds pie and spread it out over the week

This is why you need a girl. My oneitis said she’d teach me how to cook. Before she ditched me. I’m alone again. Can’t cook (besides basic pasta-boiling).

Fried eggs and bacon
Oatmeal porridge (it's super easy to cook. You can add some peanuts/pumpkin seeds midway through for a crunchy texture. A banana, cinnamon, milk e.g.)
Canned tuna
Cottage cheese
All kinds of cheese are good on their own

its really easy dude just change the pasta for potatoes and then you can make mash potatoes or put them in the oven

This is all shit if you can't boil rice or pasta it's over literally cooking is just following instructions there are complex meals that take fucking like 3 days but most u can make in under 30 mins and be on your phone for 15 while waiting for the rice to boil
