easy method for eyes

thought about heat and shit i read on blue lock that rin itoshi my goat uses heat on his eyes. so i put a towel under warm/hot water for 30 seconds, squeezed the liquid out of it and put it on my eye area for 5 minutes, never have my eyes felt so fucking relaxed you can even see the difference, im sure that doing this everyday will do something i read its good for dark circles also because it promotes blood flow, just fucking try it and tell me how it felt for you everyone can do this shit in 10 minutes max (btw it feels uncomfortable at first because of the heat i guess idk?)

let me make myself clear. Get Towel under warm to hot water for 30 seconds, squeeze out the liquid so its only moist and warm, put it on your eye area for 5 minutes (try to avoid putting it on ur nose since it will swell up ur nose a bit due to the heat so fold it like a strip) is that okay for you you fucking niglet?
