Easy method to get whiter teeth

When you are brushing your teeth, don't spit the toothpaste immediately,
Leave it in for 2-3 minutes ( i also do pulling in the meantime)

He is using teeth whitening toothpaste, but i've had success with any type of toothpaste ( that has fluoride)

Also, don't rinse your mouth after brushing. Just spit it. The fluoride increases toothpastes' ability to fluoridate your teeth, so it coats and sticks to teeth for longer.

I actually read about this a few months ago and it's legit. You shouldn't rinse at least with most toothpastes.
