SOFTMAXXING EASY ROUTINE (BEGINNERS)
DAY/NIGHT CYCLES
 DAY ROUTINE (SKINCARE)
1. Cleanser (AM)
- Use a gentle, hydrating cleanser — don’t strip your skin.
Examples: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, La Roche-Posay Toleriane, Vanicream Gentle.
2. Moisturizer
- Keeps your face smooth and prevents dullness.
- Normal/Oily → CeraVe PM Lotion
 - Dry → Neutrogena Hydro Boost or Eucerin Advanced Repair

3. Sunscreen (Non-negotiable)
- UV damage makes your skin look worse over time.
- Try Eucerin Oil Control SPF 50+, EltaMD UV Clear, or La Roche-Posay Anthelios SPF 60.

 - Apply every morning — even if cloudy.

Optional Add-Ons
- Vitamin C Serum (AM) → brightens, evens tone. Use 2–3× a week.
 - Eye cream → only if you’re dry under the eyes.

 NIGHT ROUTINE (SKINCARE)
1. Cleanser (PM)
- Same gentle cleanser from morning to remove sunscreen & dirt.

2. Active Treatment (2–4× week)
- Niacinamide 5–10% → brightens, reduces oil/redness.
 - Retinol (0.3–0.5%) → improves texture & fine lines (use at night only).

3. Moisturizer
- Lock in hydration before bed.
CeraVe Healing Ointment or La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 are great for skin barrier repair.
Notes
- Avoid over-exfoliating — 2× per week max if you use acids (AHA/BHA).
 - Consistency > products. Stick to the same routine for 4–6 weeks before judging results.

 DEBLOATING ROUTINE
Goal: reduce facial puffiness and midsection bloating to look leaner, sharper, and cleaner.
 Daily Habits
- Hydration: 3 L water/day minimum. Add lemon or electrolyte powder.
 - Salt control: avoid heavy sodium meals at night (takeout, ramen, chips).
 - Sleep: 7–9 hours — sleep deprivation = water retention + puffy face.
 - Chew slowly: reduces trapped air & stomach bloating.
 - Alcohol & sugar: limit both to reduce inflammation & puffiness.

 Morning Tricks
- Cold water splash / ice roller: tightens face temporarily.
 - Green tea or black coffee: natural diuretic + antioxidants.
 - Walk or light cardio: stimulates circulation and lymph drainage.

 Supplements (Optional)
- Magnesium citrate or glycinate: supports digestion.
 - Probiotic or kefir: gut balance = less bloating.
 - Dandelion tea: mild diuretic for water retention.
(Check tolerance first; don’t overdo.)
