if u will eat a lot of salt during the day and u have thin lips/prey eyes it will bloat you and make your lips temporary more full and ur upper eyelid more hooded in cost of overall face being puffy but in some rare cases its worth it and looks better than being totaly debloated also if u are doing it u can try lying with the head tilted downward so the fluids in your face will go to your eye area and lips making it look more full, its temporary too but sometimes its usefull if u tryna look better on picture or before a date but this is not going to ascend everyone and actualy can make some people look temporary worse
