k2 (MK-4) 30-45mg/d, k2 (MK-7) 360-540mcg/d, D3 4,000 IU/d, Calcium Citrate 1000-1500 mg/d, (EAT HIGH PROTEIN DIET FOR COLLAGEN AND SKELETAL MATRIX GROWTH).
2. Maximizing HGH/IGF-1:
Mk-677 10-20mg/d
(ONLY RUN FOR 4 WEEKS MAXIMUM, WATCH BLOOD SUGAR), Take at least 4 weeks off before running another cycle.
If you have access to peptides or aren't afraid of needles, I would run Ipamorelin+CJC-1295(with DAC) instead of Mk-677. Better overall results, fewer side effects & better tolerability.
Ipamorelin 100-200mcg/d
CJC-1295 (DAC) 1mg/wk (0.5mg Mon/Thurs AM)
12 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
Also, you should 100% be gymmaxxing already if you're planning on running this stack. If you aren't consistently performing resistance training exercises, don't bother with this yet and get into that first.
