1.COFFEE (JUST COFFEE ).
2.DONT EAT FOR 16 HOURS AFTER WAKING UP, EAT AFTER 16 HOURS AND WAIT 16 HOURS AGAIN.
3.DONT FORGET TO DECREASE FOOD INTAKE 2000 CAL minus 200 , Increase intake To WHAT MAKES YOU FULL(every 4 days), AS TO NOT DECREASE METABOLISM .
4.IF YOU HAVE DECREASE YOU WEIGHT AND NOT PROGRESSING REDUCE CAL INTAKE FROM 2000 - 1800 - 1600
(BASICALLY REDUCE WHAT YOU EAT EVERY TIME YOU HIT A BOTTLENECK).
5.TRY TO SNACK WITH BONE BROTH OR SALT IF YOUR CRAVING SWEET'S DRINK WATER
