I usually have 3 eggs for breakfast, and another 3 eggs with steak/salmon for dinner. This usually gets me 90-100gs so I want to know how I can get more in. I've been thinking of making my own kefir. Does anyone know if it's good for protein?
All advice welcome

Eat 5+ eggs instead of 3

how are you not getting enough protein lol, I get too much some days. Eat Red Meat,Eggs and Dairy.

500g Ground Beef, 10 Eggs, and some Cheese contain:

  • Protein: 185g
  • Calories: 2350 calories
That's all you protein you realistically need (although I eat closer to 250-300g) and only 2350 cals which would be around maintenance level for the average person, of course you can play around with it you can add calories if your maintenance is higher (mine is around 3000) or lower.

Stop eating slave food and start eating like a Man!

Do you eat organic ground beef? Or do you not care. And btw how many protein is in 16 oz of ground beef

Ground beef is 18-22g protein per 100g. I don't buy organic but if I lived in the states I would opt for organic and grass fed.
