zinc is important for hair and skin

yyou can buy those $1 canned smoked oysters with like 12 of them inside, and u just eat 3 a day. ez

or u could just supplement it then u dont have to eat disgusting oysters

they taste good imo
idk i take 66mg/day zinc picolinate and it is just a lot easier than going out of my way to eat oysters
as well if u have a can of oysters and u only eat 3 out of 12 then ur fridge will stink of oysters
 
Just eat the whole can.

It’s too hard to get it right with supplementing. Nature has all the ratios perfectly calibrated. There is not one supplement you can take alone. You take zinc? Well… leads to copper depletion which leads to iron depletion. Want to take d3 on its own? Well .. leads to magnesium deifncy ? Want to take magnesium on its own.??? Well leads to sodium and calcium defiency. Want to fake sodium on its own? Well, leads to potassium dedienfcy


Just eat real food theory .
