Being eating them Raw, like it. I just heard that you lose protein if you eat them raw compared to cooked. Because of the denaturing of protein idk. Just want to ask you guys

ALWAYS cook, salmonella risk from raw eggs is HUGE
You get more protein and nutrients from cooked eggs since it makes it breaks everything down and makes it easier to asborb

And raw eggs are just plain disgusting, cmon, but even if you wanna insist completely throw away the whites because they have antinutrients (y)

Can you explain when you would choose either?
If I am making tartare I will add egg yolk, sometimes white to the concoction. If I just want to eat allot of eggs, I will also just eat them raw.

If I am not thirsty and I am craving caloric density, I will cook them.

I gotcha. Any other raw meat I should eat though too. I also feel fine but i get it

Cooked due to avidin denaturation.

Avidin is a protein in the egg white that binds to biotin. Cooking breaks down avidin allowing the biotin in the yolk to be absorbed.

i soft boil mine, tastes better imo
just boil for like 7 minutes and the yolk is still gooey and you can hold the outside
