i eat 300 gram a day 5 egg and 1glass a milk i started cheese too and some fruits you think my diet is good?

Dude why cant people here just be normal and do a normal diet. Everything needs to be extreme. Fucking aspies

Yes eating high protein is the best way to lose weight period. I also eat a lot of potatoes though bc I like carbs but not too many ofc, mostly fat and protein in my diet. If you only ate high protein foods you would probably not even be able to eat more than 1400 calories a day, and you wouldn't lose much muscle.

I have cheat days on saturday and sunday where I eat a lot of carbs to replenish glycogen, you probably don't need to if you aren't lifting while losing weight but I find that it also helps my sanity eating such a restrictive diet for most of the week.

no grains make me bloated in this past i dont eat grains anymore very bloating in the face by grains

Don't listen to these brainwashed retards who think grains and legumes are part of a balanced diet. These "foods" are literal poison that will rape your gut.

Yes, you can lose weight with your current diet, just take care of your calories - you probably know how things work.

Fruits are great if you feel like you want carbs. Fruits are the carbs we are supposed to eat - just don't over do it.

just do intermittent fasting u fatass aspie. dont eat for 16-18 hours then have a go-to eating window for 2-4 hours
