calories dont matter as much but im posting them regardless for curiouscels

everyday u need to consume:

1 litre of RAW MILK - 660 calories - 33g protein 47g carbs 35g fat

At least 50grams of RAW unsalted butter (wealthy families in normandy etc before 1920s consumed 20kgs butter/person. u can do it too) - 391 calories - 0 protein 0 carbs 42.6g fat

6 eggs RAW (basically eggnog) - 378 calories (6 eggs) - 36g protein 1.8g carbs 25.2g fat


consuming these 3 everyday will give u
1429 calories - 69g protein 48.8g carbs 102.8g fat

the rest of ur protein needs - be it 200g or 250g or 170g, u can just subtract and eat whatever meat u want.
the rest of ur carb needs - eat them from fruit, preferably in season fruit
btw this is not high FAT. this is the basic minimum fat consumption u need to do to be a proper functioning human with all working hormones. UR BODY needs fat to produce all ur hormones. eat them.

Milk straight from the cow is very good but i still don't react good to it.

raw milk has more than everything that u need. it has vit c too and a lot of fkn b2 as well. riboflavin (b2) is literally destroyed during pasteurization

These need to be pasture raised, and also should be corn and soy free. If they’re not, they need to be cooked.

It's still good but it's quality heavily affected from nutrient deficient foods being fed to the cows (just like what's fed to us nowadays, plus not even talking about all the hormones they tend to receive which go in the milk you consume), pretty sure there's no way you can get the K2 levels your ancestors had along with the required zinc and magnesium nowadays even with it unless you supplement
 
that means its not straight from the cow or its a grainfed cow.

Life hack: Add x3 scoops of whey protein into a 500 ml water bottle (25g each serving) it will give you 75g protein, drink 250 ml early in the day and 250 ml later in the day. The rest of protein from lean meat, eggs, nuts, fish etc. I usually get in about 210g a minimum

That‘s only if you have a hard time getting in protein in your diet. Let alone that is the only microplastic source I consume from, no plastic bottles, sugar only from fruits, you know what I mean

eating 250g of protein is hard but half of it through meat is very manageable. but yeah 70g of protein from these sources should be fine

also to be noted chemical protein IS NOT real animal protein.

eating 250g of protein is hard but half of it through meat is very manageable. but yeah 70g of protein from these sources should be fine

also to be noted chemical protein IS NOT real animal protein.
Keep in mind I eat 4 eggs in the morning, steak, canned tuna, raw milk, nuts which leads me to 210g daily like I said.

google "cow farms [ur location]", drive to them, ask the farmer for raw milk. he'll be more than happy to sell u.

make sure they are grass fed and its not pasteurized even one bit.
