I have been eating 1 or 2 meals a day post work out.

Is this even good?

To lose bloat/weight, I drink black coffee with splenda (0 cal) and some toasted bagels with butter. This shit is enough for me for a day.

Pre workout and Post workout are the most important meals. Pre-meal to have energy, post to fuel healing. The rest comes down to calories in vs calories burned

Ideally 1 gram protein per lb body weight, per day. Be sure to workout until muscle failure
