Steroids truly are Gods gift to man. I can’t believe it. Everyday I wake up and weigh myself the number on the scale is higher than it was the day before but yet I see no signs of fat gain and my muscles look fuller. Gonna shed a tear when/if I ever come off them.

6k+ I don't gain shit unless I'm in a significant surplus because I just start fidgeting and burn too many extra calories, 500-1000 isn't enough.

Wtf how do u hit 6k? I have similar stats to u. I eat like 4k cals and still lose weight sometimes. I need to bulk but I genuinely don’t know what to stuff my face with anymore. I try drinking a lot of milk

I just chug a kilo of yogurt mixed with whey for flavor before bed.

but I was also eating an pack of buenos a day.

Does that not bother ur sleep? I used to chug a lot of milk before bed but couldn’t sleep becuase I felt too energetic

no but I get heartburn if I eat it in the morning instead.

autism comes with gastrointestinal issues, I can't tolerate fatty foods in the morning.

mostly fruits till lunch, baguette with meat/cheese/vegetables for lunch usually or a proper soup with meatballs, pasta/rice/potatoes with some kind of meat and vegetable side for dinner, eat trail mix throughout the day.

no I'd have to eat too much at once if I did.

I have like 2-3 plates for dinner.
mogs me tbh. i physically cannot get over 3k including junk. over for stomach-size-cels.

I'm so confused how the fuck do you not get fat from consuming 3000 calories you need 2000 to be at base rate 1500 to lose moderate amounts and 1200 is the absolute lowest 1 can go how the fuck can you lose weight while consuming 3000 calories wtf not possible unless on roids

So you not feel tired on the cross trainer I can burn a 1000 in an hour but for the rest of the day I feel tired I don't know if its shit genes shit will power or what but that's been my experience.

I don't physically exert myself to the point that I have no energy after work, and I work out very slowly and spread out throughout the evening even though people argue that it's sub-optimal, then again most of these people are also smaller than I am.

Why is it though you can burn 1 thousand in an hour and not feel tired yet I feel dead after burning a thousand
 
JFL at this guys, I maintain @ 1.7k and lose @ 1.5k, rope tier cortisol, need to starve myself to be shredded.

Feeling like upping my cals to ~5000 now. Can eat my current and not feel full enough. All in 3 meals too so very possible.

just work, never done cardio besides swimming regularly in the summer.

I have an extremely shitty build for running.

Also, could you detail how you space out your workouts? Do you warm up and do all your sets(with rests) in one session, or do you do take longer breaks sometimes between the sets?

I only work like 20~ hours a week.

I work out 'grease the groove' style, spread out throughout the entire evening, but I do two warm up sets before I start.

anywhere from 5 minutes to 15, I cook dinner, do dishes, and fold laundry between sets.

apparently not, I've never had a single injury from lifting, not even a mild strain.

But don’t you feel you loose the warmup-feel (heat, blood flow etc) when resting for 15 min? Although not getting cool, your body must be considerably cooler than if you just rest for 5 minutes, no?

Not arguing if it works or not, just kinda fascinated by your style of working out.

I don't really get that feeling to begin with, I don't really get pumps either.

I love mast but test I hate the puffy look it gives even on 200mg
I barely notice any puffiness on test. It could be from the mast countering tests estrogenic/bloating affects.

Tbh I didn't do test and mast together I might try low dost test 120,mg along with 200mg mast or so

I don't want to cruise on test tbh which is why I thought I'd just do small mast cycles 2 or 3 times a year

That low for a cycle is pointless. May aswell do 300mg upwards minimum. For both mast and test. Add an oral too that’s dry like anavar, sdrol. Avoid wet ones that’ll bloat you with estrogen like dbol. Also if you are cycling 2/3 times a year then wtf is the point lol cruise. Will be a lot better in all ways

I blow up on just ,200mg test so its enough.
I don't like cruising because I never feel as good as when I'm off roids altogether.
