Eating a lot during puberty

So when you are going through puberty you’re growing. We all know that. So why would you not want to aid your growth as much as you can??? Do not cut a lot and eat in a deficit or your development could be hindered



When your growing through puberty you should try to EAT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. But there are some guidelines we have to follow.



  1. No processed foods
When I say eat as much as possible that does not mean to eat shit quality food. You need to be eating unprocessed food like meat, fruit, dairy. Do not ever eat anything that is mega processed and has more than 5 ingredients.



2.Have periods where you enter a deficit
If you do stay eating a lot and your metabolism is not fast you will start to put on fat. So we have to have phases where we enter a deficit to burn the little amounts of fat gain. I personally have a shit metabolism so I do OMAD Monday-Thursday-and eat absolutely everything on Friday’s Saturday’s and Sunday’s.





If you follow these things you will stay healthy and grow and develop awesomely.
