Unless you have a very good hormonal profile you wont see shit. I wasted 2 years doing this and only saw very little results. A little bit strength gain, maybe 1 or 2% less bodyfat. I have average T levels. Would have gotten the same results in maybe 2 months bulking and 2 months cutting. Dont waste your time with this myth of body recomposition, instead lean bulk with 2 pounds of weight gain per months, and after you reach a decent size, cut properly

Somehow I'm gaining 4-5lbs/mo but my abdominal aren't getting noticeably fatter. I'm working upper body ridiculously hard though and consuming ton of protein and creatine... Hmm..

How long have you been gaining 4-5 pounds a month? Maybe the first two months this is OK, but a natural lifter can only put on 2 pounds of muscle a month at max, with 1 pound extra water/glycogen weight thats 3 pounds. If you put on 5 pounds, you are putting on fat slowly .

You need genetics for building muscle, if in 2 years of serious training you have nothing then stop going to the gym for weights, do cardio instead.
Improve the main muscle or the body or low T

First 1.5 month so far. Probably some creatine bloat too.

No the maintenance calories were the problem. Now I put on muscle and strength by eating at a 300 surplus
