but it is worth it to quit eating at night?
Im about to eat smth which countains only sugar tbh

iirc eating sugar right before you go to bed is bad for your hgh levels. idk really though, who knows how much of a real impact all of these autistic micro optimisations have on our appearances

5 meals a day every 3-5 hours with atleast 20g protein, have one at night and ez

the tallest guy i know does a diet which he eats like 2k calories before bed

The whole fasting thing is to improve your digestion. When you improve your digestion your mood and body improves. Personally I don't like breakfast anyway so just eat when you feel natural. If you can try to eat 3-5 hours before bed.

This tbh. Dont force yourself to eat breakfast or not to eat before bed if hungry. If your body is hungry feed it.

Yes and no. For optimizing muscle growth ideal is 4-5(any more and barely makes a difference).
If you don't workout anywhere from 2-3 is fine

Exactly, adapt your day based on yourself not on the social shit.
