Eating attacks on methylphenidate 🤔

Have you experienced something similar

whenever I take it especially on high doses I get them after about one hour

I usually odont have with like this and thought methylphenidad does the opposite and works as an suppressant

Is this a sign that my body needs energy

It does suppress appetite. The rebound hunger ("eating attacks") happens when the drug wears off. Just use the extended-release formulation
