We know that our food can contain estrogens in for example soy that can seriously affect our hormonal profiles, but have you ever asked yourself after hearing about all the estrogenous foods why there arent any androgenic foods ?
Well it turns out there in fact are androgenic foods. And i not only mean foods that help raising testosterone by providing minerals, zinc like mushrooms.
Its also known that in ancient greece the olympic Athletes believed in consuming Bulls testicles to increase their strenght endurance and manpower so to speak.
Also as described by Weston Price ancient populations believed eating a part of the animal will have positive effects on the same human body part as it provides the same nutrient needed by that bodypart. Now think about it, meat builds muscle, eating liver supports the liver, heart and blood are rich in iron, skin and guts have collagen, bone broth from bones makes your bones stronger.
Modern People today are so disconnected from nature and actual reality that they cant even manage eating a liver (wich is the most nuritious organ) let alone testicles.
Testicles were a part of the traditional human diet and the first androgenic anablic steroids (AAS) were extracted from bulls tescticles during WW2.
now its obvious that eating 2 tests once every blue moon wont give you effects like a cycle would but eating weekly definetly has an effect.
Only downside is, they are difficult to get. Find a few Farms with pasture raised Cows and or Sheep and ask the butcher directly. They arent as expensive as nobody want to buy they hell be happy to sell them to you.
Keep in mind tho one bull can give several hundred kilos of meat and only 2 tests so as said youll need to find multiple farms and Hunters who sell it from deer.
Ill make another post on other androgenous foods later.
