Unlike protein and fat which causes alot of thermal increase and activity in the stomach (both bad for sleeping), carbs like rice or pasta before bedtime will literally make me sleep like a baby and fall asleep within minutes.

Anyone has the same?

i lowk dont eat nothing before going to sleep
 
the better question is why are you eating right before bedtime?

yes, milk and some honey puts me to sleep like a baby
