Eating carbs early in the day lowers my iq by 30 points and my overall memory

Noticed time after time that eating just lean protein during the day makes me feel more happy, energetic, alert, motivated and such. Anytime i consume carbs early i feel "content" and don't feel like being productive as much. Maybe is should re consider doing carnivore or keto tbh idk
