ENDOTOXIN. Food when not placed in a VIGOROUS digestive system SICKENS YOU.
Undigested food becomes inflammatory; inflammatory gut means serotonin...
Serotonin means gut issues. Gut issues means fucked up hormones & feedback...
Fucked up gut often results in what's known as CHRONIC ENDOTOXEMIA STATE.
Low grade, chronic, "low key" sort of inflammation. And what causes it exactly?
You guessed it ... FOOD. If you OVER-INDULGE which I know most of you will...
You will just assuredly work your way to this low grade, chronic endotoxic state.
This mean lower endogenous androgens -- more serotonin -- more brain fog...
More prolactin; more bloat; more fatigue; harder time feeling or looking masculine.
If you don't have ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS DIGESTION then EAT VERY LITTLE.
Do not EVER over-indulge food. Food is your enemy when your digestion is weak.
Most of you have WEAK DIGESTION. Most people who eat less have WEAK DIGESTION.
A compensatory method for weak digestion is LESS EATING -- common sense enough.
However, a subset of people will KEEP EATING even with bad digestion...
And if you're not actively trying to fix this digestion, endotoxemia, etc. state...
Then you will suffer the bloat; the more irritability; the less masculinity...
And the more femininity. You will get puffy, irritable, bloated; a girl on her period.
You need to BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU EAT & HOW WELL YOU CAN TOLERATE IT.
Any food can be ALLERGENIC & CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE CHRONIC ENDOTOXIN STATE.
My recommendation? Antibiotics, anti-prolactins, androgens, B vitamins, Vit. D/K, etc.
Just realize that ... Food seemingly is your friend. But in some cases, it's the ENEMY.
