Eating in surplus on adderal/dex?

Anyone got some advice on how to eat well on dex? Everything tastes like shit because I'm not hungry If anyone knows maybe some good foods/recipes that are easy to stomach. It's not like I'm turning into a skeleton but it's just a little inconvenient

Cold foods work best in my opinion appetite suppression hits harder with warm food smells i really like Ice cream from Ninja Creami (work pretty well while i was on Reta) and food wich is easy to digest

Eating in a surplus on adderall is ridiculously easy if you have will power and discipline. Track your calories and eat when you’re not hungry.

Yeah love ice cream to, I assumed it was so fun to scarf down bc of the sugar but now that i think back I think I have been enjoying cold food more than warm lately but could be placebo. Thanks bro, gonna try it out.

Liquids always. Liquids don’t fill you really up. Just make your own mass Gauner Shake. Good luck
