Everyone of my peers had talked down to me for eating raw liver but they never have anything to back it up with, just empty claims. I eat liver everyday and I have felt a difference. I have a lot more energy, my skin got clearer, and I don't feel sluggish anymore. It tastes awful though. Like metal mixed with the smell of a house cleaned with Mexican products. It has a lot of benefits. the main supplement is
vitamin A: promotes bone development and helps acne. Liver actually has so much vitamin A in it that if you eat to much you might get vitamin A poisoning so be careful.

It's loaded with Vitamin b12, zinc, Chorline, calcium, and iron. For the gymcels, it has 23 grams of protein for 153 calories in 4 oz/112 grams.

I mean its better than fried shit and burgers and pizza and soda and energy drinks
 
I’ve been eating it cooked but very rare i cos i just can’t deal with the smell of it raw it’s genuinely vile smelling I almost threw up from the smell the other day.

I’ve been eating it cooked but very rare i cos i just can’t deal with the smell of it raw it’s genuinely vile smelling I almost threw up from the smell the other day.
if you eat a little everyday you will get over the taste

Do you recon if I eat it very rare it’ll be much less beneficial or nah
even if you just sprinkle it into your diet I think it will still be beneficial. as long as your main diet is strong as well.

liver is cope you can just use male multivitamin
Bruh vitamins have been proven time and again to be terrible and just blatantly lie about the percentage of what’s in them which means there always terrible quality and if there is a natural source for these vitamins then it’s always gonna be superior to supplementing it

nah but i got some from a local farm and it has almost no taste, and easy to eat vs like store bought
