Everyone of my peers had talked down to me for eating raw liver but they never have anything to back it up with, just empty claims. I eat liver everyday and I have felt a difference. I have a lot more energy, my skin got clearer, and I don't feel sluggish anymore. It tastes awful though. Like metal mixed with the smell of a house cleaned with Mexican products. It has a lot of benefits. the main supplement is
vitamin A: promotes bone development and helps acne. Liver actually has so much vitamin A in it that if you eat to much you might get vitamin A poisoning so be careful.
It's loaded with Vitamin b12, zinc, Chorline, calcium, and iron. For the gymcels, it has 23 grams of protein for 153 calories in 4 oz/112 grams.
