Eating lots of fat for bulking up

Is eating fats from curde, olive oil and peanut butter ok for bulking? Like 50% of calories coming from fat

No 30% is plenty, a huge meta study found out that there were no higher muscle results in protein intake higher then 0.75g/lbs

50% is a bit excessive, besides percentage ratios are useless

aim for something like 0.5g per lb of bodyweight even higher if u want
