ohhh but i feel hungry
no the fuck you are not... just go outside more often

you often misunderstand cortisol as hunger
you're just more stressed, so top cope with that you start eating more food
just go outside and walk more

more than one meal a day = less burning fat + poor metabolism + you're bloated + brain fog
more than one meal a day is subhuman shit

i understand often our modern day lifestyles caused cortisol spikes thruout the day

but u have got to go outside and walk more to reduce that spike, there is just no other way

yea, its important to create that balance with exercise. there is no need to go 6 days a week and all of that hamzacel bs

just light light weights 2-4 days a week and train for your body dimoprhism split

also sprinting is amazing, amazing hormones are released literal fucking high.. just dont overdo it

its important to have that balance yk, completely quitting exercise is also retarded (copetis)

U can eat 6,7 times per day,it doesnt matter,as long as you are within your calories range you will lose/maintain/gain weight

and u wont destroy insulin sensitivity with eating 4 times per day,u will destroy it by being at a higher bf,and u will improve it by being a lower bf.

All this u guys wrote is cope,learn about nutrition i recommend lizokryptonian he is the most trustable nutrion influencer and he has great books on various fitness topics.

And to add in to the conclusion,why u say that 4 meals per day will destroy ur insulin sensitivity is because u probably over eat

and why u improve it on one meal a day is because its really hard to over eat ur calories in 1 meal.

U can eat 6,7 times per day,it doesnt matter,as long as you are within your calories range you will lose/maintain/gain weight

and u wont destroy insulin sensitivity with eating 4 times per day,u will destroy it by being at a higher bf,and u will improve it by being a lower bf.

im in like the lowest half of the healthy range, and i know it fucks your insulin sensitivity because when i eat 3 medium meals a day, compared to 2 large meals a day, i gain weight by doing 3 med meals instead of 2 large meals.
to add on to this i also notice my face looking leaner in the mornings where i do eat twice a day, and insulin resistance is associated with retaining facial fluid/bloat

and 6,7 meals a day lol according to your bodybuilder friend greg doucette you only have 5 opportunities per day to absorb protein, and eating 6,7, etc times a day is such bodybuilder talk regardless theyre on steroids it doesnt fking matter what they eat their drugs produces hormones for them that they'd otherwise need to consume from food

Wtf how one will achieve 150g+ of protein a day in one meal? Are you out of your mind?

I would need to eat one stake of 500g or more in one meal

This is impossible

Not to mention compulsion and digestion problems this makes no sense at all
