Eating on stimulants

I recently got a prescription for methylphenidate (Concerta), and I’ve really been struggling with my appetite. I’m currently still on a cycle, but I just can’t get enough calories in like I wanted to.

Does anyone have any advice on how to increase my appetite?

Go on digestion walks. As stupid as it sounds, it works.
