Eating only 1600cals do you think it’s enough to build muscle

I put on 2kg in 2 months or smth with surplus and gained a bit of fat
Now want to put more and cut down to 1600 cals because I’m not hungry
I eat only 2 times a day
 
what's your weight and daily protein intake?

Depends on your starting lean mass and how much protein you are taking

2kgs per month is good goal
Jfl 1,600 kcal is for cutting for sure

Don't have how to put muscle mass without gain fat OP
So do with 2000 calories imo

only if you somehow can find the energy to train hard on such a low diet and you still havent maxed out beginner gains.

i am 82 kilogramm and pretty fat at the moment
Maybe because you don’t have the same muscle mass as me I’m not fat tbh
 
Greg Doucette has the best approach to this imo
being in a caloric limit that can builds muscle,loose a little bit of fat

Its not the calories, its the grams of protein that build muscles. If the 1600 calories consist of 150-200g of protein you're set.

Dont bench anymore only at home pushups and stuff yeah I’m not that skinny tbh I can lift pretty heavy stuff really heavy

bro, when i benched 100 kilogramm

i was 75 kilogramm and 10% bodyfat
