I have to lose 8 kgs as fast as possible
Able to achieve this with healthy diet?

Im 19 6"1' and 76 kgs
 
What's your maintenance? Eat too low, and you may actually stall progress.
 
Yeah, you won't die because of it. You might be tired and feel cold and irritated tho.
 
Just don't fucking eat or eat as much losing weight Is not difficult I don't understand why faggot brainlet's make it rocket science.

No prob, I eat healthy (or try).
I currently now only eat vegetables,fruits,low fat dairy products,no processen foids,high proteïn good,etc
Feel no hunger

Just track your weight throughout the weeks, and make any adjustments as necessary.
Either increase activity level, or deficit if you stall.

Im often confused from what I read on the internet. Guideline often advices males to only wat minimum 1500 Cals.
Dont know if they meant for weight loss as well

If you eat less than you consume you will lose weight. But more extreme weight loss has its drawbacks.

Yeah I move around 500 Cals, it definitely helps as well

Is the reason I worry. Idk gonna eat on a slight cut (500 cal). If convinced I try lower.

800-1200 Cals isnt gonna give side effects if eating healthy + exercising?

Its only for 1.5-2 months either way

1kg of fat = 7500 calories, if you do a total fast, in 3 days you will lose about 1kg of fat

I've already fasted 0 calories and trained, it depends on your willpower

Its only for 1.5-2 months either way
You won't die. If you have very low calories you just might feel tired, cold, irritated, etc.
