Tomorrow I will meet with my friends and I don’t want to eat some shitty meals. So how do I convince them, that I‘m full without being sus? Obv I can just say „I ate at home“, or „I‘m full“ but they obv would think I lied. So how can I really convince them? Is there any trick how to tell them?

But on a serious note if theyve already told you that they want to eat with you then theres no respectful way to avoid eating so its probably best to just eat small portions and eat with them.
