Yesterday was my first time eating truly some raw beef IVE always had some blood rare steaks before hand but they were always nasty because they were from the supermarket, I recently got some high quality meat from the butcher and ate it raw IVE noticed absolutely no negative side effects from the raw meat

then its not raw, its rare. Outside crust with a rare interior is pretty much optimal since it heats the proteins so they can be properly digested while killing all of the parasites or whatever is on the outside.
