I didn’t watch but mince beef from supermsrmt is stupid to eat raw.

if it’s a proper cut of meat and bacteria is killed form surface there is not issue.

not saying i do it btw, i cook mince and eat steak rare

Yeah but most cuts of meat aren’t “proper” and even then it’s safer to cook it

Problem with advocating for raw meat regardless on your position on it, is that these 14 year olds will go to a standard supermarket and buy mince since it’s cheapest and eat it raw. They haven’t looked into how the meat is handled etc and i wouldn’t trust a supermarket.

raw meat from a well sourced place etc is about as safe as raw milk.
