Many of you don't realise this, like aside from the fact it has anti-nutrients, phytates etc. this shit will literally make you mentally ill.
Like why some parents beat up their children, or shout, scream. Because they're mentally ill slaves that eat seeds on a daily basis.
And obviously the case of parents beating up their children or abusing them are more common in third world countries. Why? Because third world countries are poor obviously, and they eat more seeds because of that. They can't afford real food.
