Eating starch with honey to pre-digest the starch

thoroughly chewing starch with honey in mouth could in theory break down the starch into maltose since honey naturally contains amylase (among other enzymes)

im eating raw pale flesh red/purple sweet potatoes chewing with honey and raw cheese well see if this works if i dont get digestive problems

@DR. NICKGA @BrahminBoss thoughts?

i finally got some "unheated" honey. what is the purpose of brocolli? i dont eat any greens but i know they generally have k1 and of course chlorophyll
