100grams ye, i rarely buy thisI love candy! Those are only like what 140 grams? So it's not so fattening. Candy is like pure sugar, so it's not as bad for physique goals as things like pastries, that have fats AND sugar. When I buy candy I usually fill up like a 400-500 gram bag tho', but I make sure to burn it off through exercise. But if you're rotting then I guess you don't really care so...
Yeah it's better because when you eat glucose your body goes into storage mode, and then if you have fat on top of that it's more likely to get stored into fat cells.100grams ye, i rarely buy this

so just sugar is better than real dessert?
should just eat it before a walkYeah it's better because when you eat glucose your body goes into storage mode, and then if you have fat on top of that it's more likely to get stored into fat cells.
Yes well, I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to health and exercise. Sometimes I make people bored from talking about it so much, but it's like a hobby of mine. I respect people's choice not to give AF and eat whatever they want tho'.should just eat it before a walk

You still have good metabolism i guessYes well, I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to health and exercise. Sometimes I make people bored from talking about it so much, but it's like a hobby of mine. I respect people's choice not to give AF and eat whatever they want tho'.
Seems like some people, including me, are quite metabolically adaptive in that they tend to just burn off whatever extra calories they intake by automatically increasing their physical activity, including NEET, which is basically just fidgeting and doing things without even noticing.
If I eat very little then I naturally decrease my activity level, so the net amount of calories burned doesn't always change much.
