Eating while on Tret/accutane

for those of you who are on accutane and/or tretinoin, do yall eat whatever you want or strict diet? i don’t wanna stop eating foods i enjoy like chips now and then or maybe a chocolate bar etc. thoughts ?

I have been on accutane for 3 months , you need to be a little careful with diet if your blood lipids show a spike in your tests your doctor could lower the dose or worse stop the whole thing . Also avoiding alcohol is a no brainer
