so what. were blackpilled looksmaxxers welcome to the forum
Build the habits around training and diet first and make those muscle memory/noobie gains for 6-12 months at least first. Otherwise you’re spending your money it for less of a benefit.

That’s like the number three reason I don’t use peds(behind daughters and hair loss). I know my training and diet are both inconsistent and suboptimal and I’ve got a good deal of fatigue so with good sleep I’d be able to get these in check and put on a good deal more muscle and maintain it at a lower body fat.

If I got on roids or something now instead of later I’d be getting less benefit for the same price and with the same risks/sides.

You’re literally 6’5 and athletic. Just make the habit of going to the gym for gym sake and watch the gains come.

all that being said ecdys seem legit and safe but not that strong so a good option for once you’ve made more gains and something I plan to use in the future(whereas I’m less sure about actual roids) but they aren’t all that strong. Not something that’s gonna make a massive difference on a noobie who can have more drastic strength and body comp improvements regardless

yea I always see ppl saying that reasoning "muh you're still a newbie workout for a year before u try ____" but does it lose effectiveness? why can't you taking it from the start and enhance newbie gains and keep taking it after. aside from the cost of having to get more ofc.

If money isn’t an issue and you’re using something without sides like ecdy then go for it if that’s what you need to get motivated. It’s mostly just that you’ll be using it before you’ve got the good training and diet habits formed so you won’t get as much benefit as you would if you waited and got those sorted first

u did it again tho. Id still get more benefit if I used it from the start and continued to use it throughout.

Let’s say ecdy is a 1.5x multiplier to your gains. If you are new to training and your diet and training aren’t optimal and you’re still figuring it out let’s say you’re gaining 60% instead of 90%.

Those numbers on ecdy are 90 and 135. That’s a 30% boost vs a 45% boost with the same supplementation based on how good your training, diet, and recovery are. Do you get what I’m saying now? Like I said as far as anyone knows so far ecdy is safe so there’s no trade off outside of money. Go for it if that’s what you need to motivate yourself.

It’s almost like nature cursing you for getting big and strong using roids by more likely giving you daughters. Maybe it’s cause it thinks you are capable and man enough to protect and raise them? Lmao idk. But bodybuilders do have sons too.

It seems like a waste of money.
