How I see this in natal charts:
Having a "planet" at the maximum level, you won't be able to perceive information from someone who has it at zero, and vice versa, someone with it at zero won't be able to perceive information from someone with it at the maximum. You can tell from the facts who has it at the maximum and who at the minimum

TLDR: If you're good at more than one thing, you'll be ostracized, but your life will be better compared to noobs
