Ecto is a subhuman bodytype, especially for men. I am ectomorph but I am also tall. Ectomorph + tall = Skeleton. I used to get called skinny/scrawny alot but I have gymmaxxed to the point where people don't call me names. I am not big but I have enough muscle on me to look normal. Ecto + short = Twink which is fucking death tier. You will look like a child with this body type, especially in a region with higher average height.
