ED/anhedonia/depression

Bros, how long did you have porn induced ED? I had some anhedonia/depression (still have to some point I would say), lately got prescribed wellbutrin as I have also ADHD probably. It is supposed to help a bit with depression/motivation and so on. I think it could be working actually, this week will be end of week 2 but I still have some sides like shit sleep etc. Started to diagnose myself actually because I thought it could be somehow psychological ED. I try to abstain from porn but this shit is tough, however yesterday when I relapsed I actually had really hard boner. How long does it actually take to fix it a bit as well as anhedonia/depression? Ngl its kind of shit, also rarely getting some joy from life actually. Also, what else to do to help with things like this?

You mean as of wellbutrin? I would say it is rather the same. Like I would get a feeling it is nice when you look on ass at gym but it doesn't really come as close as when I was 15 yo.

24, yeah I take 5mg every other day. But I doubt it is actually that much of physical issue (I still go to the gym/mma/do some stretching/reverse keggels at home). As I said, yesterday I actually got hard boner for example that I could hold without touching even. So I would say it is rather psychological issue and probably has to do something with not finding life that "amousing".

But not even sure how much it could be related to porn and how much to just not finding joy in life (real objects). I have some "nice" moments when you meet someone and so on, but overall it is kind of dull.
