Slow it down as you start getting close then stop right before you hit it and work it very slow to keep it right there on the edge even stop all together a few times and after ten seconds work it back up and ride the edge till you're ready to finish.
Practice makes perfect. Sometimes yours aren't the cleanest the first time.
Take M677 and edge 5 times a day its not over youll atleast 0.5 psl in just 2 weeks.
Edging releases melatonin reduces lung cancer and risk of osteoperosis.
Train you heart to the max its a muscle so make sure the cornory arteries achieve as much fatty material as possible and stentmaxx.
