Female standards of men's attractiveness are lower in Eastern Europe, I can confirm it as an EEcel. Especially in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. But it isn't as low in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and definitely not in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia. Neither in the Balkans, since the average Balkanic male is 6 feet tall. But it is still lower than anywhere in Western Europe. But like I said you will see the biggest difference in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
