Was looking at a picture of me around age 7 side by side with a picture of me aged 15. I have a deviated septum and was a mouth breather for most of development. When I breath in now, neither nostril airway is very clear and my right side nostril collapses, the left not so much. It seems this repeated collapse led from me having regular, wide nostrils (relative to my nose bridge) to having nostrils that line up very similarly with my nose bridge. Js wanted to point out this developmental issue thought it was pretty interesting.
