Ive been on a 500 calorie deficit for a while now and wanted to ask what the highest point you can go for safely in terms of calorie deficit without fucking up test and other hormones, 1000-1200? And could a even higher calorie deficit till summer have an effect on bone growth etc. even tho im already 17?
