Effects of massive diet on hormones

Ive been on a 500 calorie deficit for a while now and wanted to ask what the highest point you can go for safely in terms of calorie deficit without fucking up test and other hormones, 1000-1200? And could a even higher calorie deficit till summer have an effect on bone growth etc. even tho im already 17?

500 deficit? cute. you could push 750-1000 if you're not a walking skeleton already, but here's the catch , your test will tank, cortisol will spike, and your bones might decide they're done growing just to spite you.

at 17? yeah, you can still fuck up final height/growth plates with extreme cuts.
your body's like 'feed me or suffer' mode right now.

if you insist on deep deficit:

keep protein stupid high (1g/lb minimum)

refeed every 5-7 days (maintenance+ carbs)

monitor morning wood (no boner = hormones nuked)

get bloods if you go past 8 weeks

better play the long game. summer abs aren't worth stunted frame:(
