NIACIN
is it cope or is it able to boost height growth?
dear chads,
I am a 16 year old from England, and stand at a measly 5'7. I have been researching different height growth methods since I believe I can take advantage of the fact that my growth plates are probably not closed and I am still going through puberty (I think). During my searching I found multiple articles on looksmax.org about different supplements, however HGH is completely out of my price range (im a brokecel) and I don't want to commit to roids, which only left me with a few options.
One of the options was Niacin (vitamin B3), which is reported to increase hgh production by over 200% in short bursts. According to different posts and studies taking about 500mg (in increments starting from 100mg), can help you grow up to 3-4 inches, which is pretty much essential to me since clearly 5' 10 is a lower bound. Unfortunately, there aren't many results or before and afters for the guides so the results (of growth) are not guaranteed.
I was wondering if I should invest in doing this, since it is relatively cheap and the results could really benefit me.
