Effects of nicotine during puberty

All i hear is how nic stunts growth and fucks up ur health indicators especially during puberty but irl i have not been experiencing ts
In my social circle nearly everyone smokes vapes or uses snus yet there doesnt seem to be a clear pattern between users and non users
Thier height doesnt matvh their usage its js normal some are taller some shorter mostly avarage i myself started using last summer and for reference i my puberty kivked in around march and i still grew to 187 cm (altough cuz if the apetite suppressant effectd of nic combined with my anorexia does cause me to be skinnier then normal 50kg ti be specific) i havent really notived any other side effect only maybe loss of quality sleep so im starting to wonder if the overusage of nic is actually that bad

don't vape or do drugs and don't rationalize about how it might be ok. The reason that people who do drugs or whatever can sometimes be taller is because they likely have superior attractiveness genetics that allow for them to be in these social circumstances in the first place. They would probably be even taller if not for the drugs.

I use it as an appetite supressant but its also great for stress relife like that box of heated chemicals genuinely js turns me into a christian “i have no enemies” guy
