Effects of Psychedelics on Physical Appearance

Question for anyone knowledgable when it comes to psychedelics or biology: I have taken magic mushrooms many many times throughout my life- whenever I am under the influence of them, my hair looks much healthier, my hair is more malleable, my physique is more defined and more pumped, and my entire face looks more masculine. What causes this? What function of magic mushrooms actually causes this shift in appearance?

By the way, I know that it isn't just in my head. In any photos I look at after the experience, I can confirm my body and face all looked significantly better- so again, why does this happen? Maybe it's related to increased blood flow... I don't know

I don't see how such a drastic change in physical appearance could happen in mere hours, but yeah again I hardly know anything about the topic so that's a possibility

I swear I'm not- before my trip I might look mediocre at best, mid trip I'm suddenly ascended to near chad status before descending again after the fact. My physique also looks completely different before and during the trip- I'm beginning to think it's related to blood flow since the last time I tripped I was able to do 55 push ups in a row before warming up, on a regular day I could maybe do 25 or 30 without warming up
